Pets
We are pet friendly. We are the Animal Friendly Housekeeping Team.
Guaranteed Access
We request that a key be hidden, given, or placed in combination lock box
for our housekeeping service to be able to clean your home on the days that
you will be not be home when they arrive.
Arrival Times
Occasionally, the traffic, weather, changing schedules by clients causing our
assignments to take a little longer or not as long as we expected can change
our start times at each home. We do our best to be on time as we scheduled
your, but please be aware that yes, sometimes things will occur that will throw
our schedule off causing us to be early to a home or run a little late. Therefore,
please be understanding that we can’t control every situation each and every day.
If we are running late, the crew lead person will call you to inform you.
Same Team Every Time
The exception happens when your team member is sick, takes a vacation or has
previous commitments that can not be scheduled outside of work hours. Your
home will still be cleaned on the day you scheduled it for.
We Guarantee Our Work
No one is perfect!. We will listen and rectify any concerns right away. We will come
out the next day right away if you feel strongly about an item that was not handled
properly.
Licensed and Insured
The Animal Friendly Housekeeping team will be very careful handling your personal
possessions. We are fully protected with liability insurance.
Payment For Housekeeping Services
We accept checks or cash for payment.
(Checks preferred Made out to Animal Friendly Housekeeping)
We require payment at the time of each cleaning unless other arrangements have been
made. If you are not going to be home when we arrive, simply place your payment on
the kitchen counter in an envelope for us to collect.
Cleaning Supplies
We provide our own cleaning materials and equipment that is needed to clean
your home. If you chose for us to use our own, just let us know.
First Time Cleaning
The first few times we visit your home; it does usually take longer for us to clean your
home. Simply because we learn your home, your needs for your home, the layout of your
home etc. Also on the initial first clean, it will take us longer to clean as there will be
areas of the home that need extra attention because they haven’t been cleaned on a
regular basis.
Contracts
With us, there are no contracts. You call us only when you need our services. If you
choose to be on a scheduled basis, We will discuss a schedule with you so your home
will be cleaned when you want the services performed. All we ask of our clients who
are on a schedule, please, if you must cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify
us within 24 hours in advance.
Background Checks On Our Housekeepers
All our housekeepers do undergo a background check. We will not consider staffing
a housekeeper unless they have a Stable Work History, Experiences in this field, and
4 verifiable references. Our housekeepers will not have felony convictions and will be
randomly drug tested.
